Returns are only accepted for faulty items.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or prepaid subscription plans.
To initiate a return, contact woof@clevertails.com.au within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase and return of the faulty item are required.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase.
Once received, we will process the return within 10 business days.
If CleverTails agrees to cover return shipping, a prepaid label will be provided.
There are no restocking fees for returns of faulty items.
