Please allow up to 3-10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery may vary during holidays and remote locations. Once your box has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your delivery.
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. Australia Post delays)
Returns & Replacements
We care about quality — our toys are built to last, but sometimes accidents happen.
Replacements / Store Credit: If your dog chews a toy to pieces or it’s broken beyond normal play within 14 days of delivery, contact us at woof@clevertails.com.au with proof of purchase and a photo. We’ll replace it or offer store credit.
Faulty Products: Returns are accepted only for faulty or defective items. Contact us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags. Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned faulty item, we’ll process a refund within 10 days. Refunds cover the product price and any prepaid shipping where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items: Prepaid subscriptions, sale items, and non-faulty products.
